The Owner agrees to indemnify and hold WTNK9 harmless, against any claims of injury, expense, loss or damages caused by the actions of the dog, when the dog is not in sole custody and care, of WTNK9.

Payment Policy*
Payment Policy: 100% payment is required to reserve your Dog’s spot, in our training program. Payment is expected, at the time training is booked. All training programs are non- refundable. Payment will be made via credit card or PayPal. We use Square, Clover POS and PayPal, as our payment platforms. All payments are secure, and your information is not kept or saved. If you choose to pay cash, it must be taken to our training center 5331 Pleasant View Dr. Memphis TN 38134. If you choose pay pal please use the address westtnk9@gmail.com.

Physical Activity Agreement
Your dog will be staying at a working kennel. Your dog spends a good amount of time in the outside world, doing things around natural objects. The objects include, but are not limited to; dirt, grass, cement, trees, fencing, bushes, water, interaction with other dogs and humans. It is likely, your dog will get scratched, bumped, or bruised. Your dog will most likely get some wear and tear on him/her. You can liken it to when you went to summer camp. You likely had a great time, but came home with some evidence of your activities. Your dog is checked from head to toe, throughout the day. If we notice, even the smallest bump or scrape, photos are taken, and you are notified, immediately. If your dog requires emergency medical care, we will immediately transport your dog, to the nearest emergency vet hospital, for care. As Owner, you acknowledge and understand, there are certain risks involved in pet boarding, training, transport, and care. You release, indemnify, and agree to hold WTNK9 harmless, from any and all manner of damage, claims, loss, liabilities, cost or expenses, causes of actions or suites, whatsoever in law or equity, (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and related costs) arising out of or related to, the services provided by WEST TENNESEE K9 or their REPRESENTATIVES.
