Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we are on partnership with the care credit programs. This is the same program that most veterinary offices use. The application is simple, and they offer interest free financing.
Why do you cost more than some of your competitors?
We have developed the top rated training program in this area with the largest most up to date facility. We keep a low dog to staff member ratio. Meaning, your dog gets more care, supervision, interaction and training than other places you might see. In addition, there are no hidden costs or up charges with our programs. Everything you need to enjoy a life with your dog will be sent home with you.
Will you teach me how to work with my dog?
YES! At the end of every program, we do a turnover session with you. This session lasts an hour and in it we teach you how to achieve your goals with your pup. We’ll show you how to use the training tools and take you through your dog’s learned skills.
What if I don’t know anything about training dogs?
It’s totally okay! We do the training for you. When you pick up your dog, we’ll review the training and explain how to continue at home. At drop off you will also receive a series of videos that outline everything you need to know to ensure success at home.
Do you offer a guarantee?
YES! We offer unlimited follow up sessions to help you if you are struggling. In addition, we are happy to make a home visit to assist you with specifics related to problems at home. Our ultimate goal is your success and our track record shows that we truly care about you and stand behind our product.
My dog already knows basic commands, will training be worth it?
Absolutely! Most dogs that come to train with us know the basics like sit and down. These commands are usually achieved using treats. However, if there are distractions around the dog will not do it. If your dog already knows a few commands; we’ll build on those. We will also teach your dog how to do those commands with tons of distractions. This is real-life dog training. So, no matter where you are your dog will respond to commands
How long do I have to use the training tools?
It is important to use the training tools continuously when you get home. The more you use them in the beginning, the better the dog is for life. When it comes to length of overall time, every dog is different. There will however come a day when you give your dog a command without any training tools on, and they comply. Then you will know you won’t have to rely on the tools as much.
I have trained with a trainer in the past, how are you different?
We have taken the complicated process of dog training and developed a system that will allow everyone to have success. You will have direct access to your trainer, with daily updates on how your dog is doing. The real secret to our success is client care. Our relationship doesn’t end when training does. You will have access to your trainer for the life of the dog. No matter how small or large the problem we are here to help you and give guidance.
Where will my dog stay when they are with you?
While your dog is with us, if they aren’t on the training floor they will be kept in an extra large commercial kennel. The kennels we use are manufactured by Ruffland and Dakota. Both manufacturers are known for providing durable and safe kennels for dogs. Unless you have a very small dog all the dogs are housed in XL kennels to assure they have room to move around. If you have a very large breed or a dog that doesn’t do well in a kennel they will be house in a 5x5x6 free standing run made by retriever.
The area where the dogs are housed overnight is climate controlled and the temperate in monitored around the clock in case of failure during extreme temperatures. The area is also monitored by audio and video around the clock. If there is a disturbance several staff members are notified via a monitoring company.
